Plant Identification

Plant ID exercise starts with determining whether or not the Magnoliopsida you are IDing is in the Moraceae family (flowers arranged on an invaginated floral axis), the Euphorbiaceae family (flowers unisexual, male flowers arranged around a solitary female flower), the Casuarinaceae family (stems green, jointed, ridged; leaves reduced to a whorl of scale-like teeth at each joint) , or another family.  All plants offered in class were shrubs flowering mid-April (autumn).  (A and C are abitrary and so not align with the letters from your class).  Link to Flora of Sydney Region.
